Write – WYSIWYG screenplay editor with 22 node types, SmartType autocomplete, dual dialogue, and live pagination. Smart Import takes a Word screenplay draft and converts it into a formatted, classified screenplay – the writer reviews only sections the system is uncertain about. Import from Word, FDX, Fountain, Highland, and Celtx. Export to PDF, HTML, FDX, and Fountain.

Breakdown – Automatic extraction of 22 element categories from the screenplay. Cast assignment with per-scene tracking. Script sides generation for auditions.

Visualize – Mood boards for visual tone references. Storyboard editor with draw and upload. Shot list tables with type, size, movement, and equipment fields. AI auto-describe generates shot descriptions from scene context.

Plan – Contact management by department. Production calendar and timeline. Media library with versioning. PWA photo capture from mobile, with an offline queue for remote locations.

Schedule – Stripboard with color-coded scene strips. Day-Out-of-Days matrix with a solver that auto-optimizes to minimize hold days. Schedule versioning to compare a 30-day shoot against a 25-day shoot. Conflict detection for double-booking, location overlap, and hour violations. Block shooting, blackout dates, and a boneyard for unscheduled scenes.

Shoot – Call sheet generation pulling from schedule, breakdown, contacts, and locations. PDF export with crew call, scene schedule, cast list, and department notes. Location database with GPS, photos, parking, and load-in details. Confirmation dashboard with sent, viewed, and confirmed tracking.

Companion – AI assistant that runs across all seven modules with streaming responses, tool use, and human-in-the-loop approval.
