CopyThat is a WhatsApp bot for operational teams. Add it to your group, and it starts listening. No commands needed. The team keeps chatting exactly as they do now.

What it catches – The bot processes every message, detects eight intent types, and extracts who, what, and when when it identifies a commitment, issue, or decision. It handles text, voice notes (GPU-accelerated speech recognition for Hindi, English, Marathi, and Hinglish), and photos of documents through OCR – BOQs, challans, handwritten notes. When confidence is below threshold, it asks instead of guessing.

What it sends – Each member gets a daily digest with Needs Action, This Week, and Background sections. Deadline reminders arrive via DM before due dates. Overdue items get follow-up nudges. Every digest is personal – each person sees only their relevant items.

Silent mode – The bot never speaks in the group unless @mentioned. All tracking, digests, and reminders happen via DM. The group thread stays clean.

Privacy built in – Field-level encryption with AES-256-GCM. Per-organization encryption keys. DPDPA-compliant: /mydata exports all personal data, /forgetme deletes it. Five-tier permissions. Consent-gated DMs.

23 commands available – zero required – The bot works passively by default. Commands exist for teams that want fine control: /assign, /remind, /snooze, /done, /cancel, /digest, /report, /pdf, /export, and more.

Source linking – Every tracked item links back to the exact WhatsApp message or voice note it came from. Ask “What’s pending for Raju?” and the bot answers in natural language with source references.
